Longevity Secrets

Since you all love being smart then you must know the benefits of knowledge. These have now been recently found to increase your life span. Citizens that spent only 0-8 years of school had a 3 times more likelihood to get cancer then those who had 17+ years of education.  Just like IQ has been linked to an average longer lifespan. This is thought to be connected to how educated tend to use less alcohol, drugs, and tobacco. Additionally they have healthier diets and are more active throughout there life. This also brings me to another study showing that being overweight is just as bad as being a  smoker(If not more). Being overweight at the age of 18 increases the chances for premature death by 33%! Being obese at 18 meant you have more then DOUBLE the chance for early death! So this means you should make sure to be healthy and smart! Be careful because if you think you are fat and you really aren't you are actually putting yourself at risk! (Not the change in diet and lifestyle) This is because your mind is the most powerful thing. Being fat brings a lower quality of life, and if you think it when you really aren't then you will make your quality go down as well. Other things that can make you live longer include: Cocoa(Dark chocolate is best for you) which lowers blood pressure and brings lower deaths and brings increased brain function. Tea and wine also have this affect but be warned that over consumption of any material is BAD! Wine decreases the chances for lung cancer. Blueberries contain quercetin that brings anti-viral ability to your cells, so it can help you not get sick. Blueberries also include phytochemicals which are known to bring brain longevity; longer and stronger memory and delated brain dissorders
